What is Somatic Podcast?

Somatic Podcast is dedicated to critically exploring how people, communities, and cultures experience and understand their bodies in motion within everyday life. With original, interpretive musical scoring, highly produced sound design for each episode, and compelling stories and narratives, we hope to bring you the listeners with us as we dive into and try to rethink the deeply felt dimensions of the "physical".
